Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.

 

Team Leadership:

Manage and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of targets.

Budget Management:

 Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Monitor expenditures and financial performance against budget.

Brand Management:

 Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand presence in the market.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales channels.

Market Research:

 Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve marketing and sales strategies.

Sales Growth:

 Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and lead generation activities.

Collaborate with sales teams to set and achieve sales targets.

Digital Marketing:

 Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including online advertising, social media, email campaigns, and website management.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and leverage new technologies.

Relationship Management:

 Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership roles, with a track record of success.Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable using data and metrics to make informed decisions.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to present ideas and strategies effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.Willingness to embrace innovation and new technologies.

Salary: £42k To £50K per Annum
